We want you to be completely satisfied with your Protonics device. If you're not, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at brandonn@protonics.com.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
