Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping At this time, we primarily serve customers in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us at brandonn@protonics.com to inquire about availability.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Protonics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at brandonn@protonics.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
